1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the following locations:

2. Shipping Times & Processing
Order Processing
- Orders placed on weekdays before 11:00 AM will be processed and shipped within 2 working days.
- Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be processed and shipped within 3 working days.
- Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped by Tuesday at the latest.
- During busy periods (holidays or promotions), processing times may extend up to 5 working days.

Express Deliveries
If you need your order urgently, we offer 24-hour shipping within the Netherlands for an additional charge. Please contact us at airyarch@gmail.com for details.
3. Shipping Costs
- Within the Netherlands: €6.95
- Within Belgium: €12.95
- Rest of the world: €19.95
4. Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package. It may take a few hours before the tracking information becomes available.
5. Delayed Shipments
While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to:
- Holidays and busy periods.
- Unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions or transport issues).
If you have not received your order within the expected delivery time, please contact us at airyarch@gmail.com and provide your order number.
6. Damaged or Missing Packages
Damaged Shipments
- Please check your package for damage upon receipt.
- If the product is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at airyarch@gmail.com with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will provide a suitable solution.
Missing Packages
- If your package shows as delivered according to the tracking information, but you have not received it, please contact us and the carrier within 5 working days.
7. Returns & Refusals upon Delivery
- If a package is returned because it could not be delivered (e.g., incorrect address or refusal at the door), the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
- Ensure your address details are correct at checkout.
8. International Taxes & Customs Fees
For shipments outside the EU, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country’s regulations before ordering.
